4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
-EHS observed a few of the racks in the walk in cooler area in disrepair, one of which was being supported by busted pieces of lumber. One damaged rack was being supported by some type of wire crate. This is preferable over the busted lumber, as busted lumber is not easily cleanable. Repair or replace damaged racks as damage is found. |

-EHS observed duck tape covering the metal cart. Duck tape is not to be used in the meat market as it is not easily cleanable. Eliminate tape. |
