Observed food employees with dangling bracelets and smart watches on wrist and elaborate rings on hands while working with exposed food. EHS reminded PIC that personal cleanliness refers to food employees, determined by tasks performed, not job title.
2-402.11 Use head coverings, beard guards and clothing to restrain body hair from contacting exposed food, equipment, and utensils. Observed food employee cooking French fries and preparing customer orders without wearing an effective hair restraint.
