There must be a designated area for storage of employee possessions. Employee personal items were cluttered around in various places in the restaurant, items such as phones, papers, hairbrushes, etc. Remove all items not pertaining to food prep from food prep areas. PIC has organized many things in the kitchen such as the shelves above the 3 compartment sink and has made progress towards decluttering the kitchen - continue to declutter, organize, and remove personal items. FULL POINTS WILL BE TAKEN NEXT INSPECTION. |
