Observed non food contact surface of ice machine with buildup on 2nd and 3rd floor near elevators. |

Observed fabric refresher in disinfectant bottle mislabeled. Observed cleaning solution in mislabeled spic and span bottle. Do not put chemicals in containers with improper labels or that have been used previously with another chemical. |
