Observed quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution in the third vat. of the 3 comp. sink reading too strong. Must maintain at 200-400ppm or per manufacturers use directions. CDI-by manually adding water to dilute the solution to 300ppm. The dispenser needs to be adjusted.
