THE PREMISES SHALL BE MAINTAINED FREE OF INSECTS, RODENTS, AND OTHER PESTS.
Observed pest droppings under the cabinets at the beverage and coffee stations. Additionally, holes were observed in candy and chip packages at the beverage station, indicating pest activity. The manager confirmed a rodent issue and stated that a professional pest control company services the establishment monthly, with the August service already completed. EHS recommends increasing pest control service frequency from monthly to bi-weekly to assist in addressing the rodent issue. The manager must provide the most recent pest control report and submit a corrective action plan for rodent control by 8/29/2025. |
