Observed quat sanitizer spray bottle stored near the registers measuring at 750 ppm (disinfectant level). Manager remade the quat sanitizer solution, which then measured 4at 00 ppm. CDI.

Observed pest droppings under the cabinets at the beverage and coffee stations. Additionally, holes were observed in candy and chip packages at the beverage station, indicating pest activity. The manager confirmed a rodent issue and stated that a professional pest control company services the establishment monthly, with the August service already completed. EHS recommends increasing pest control service frequency from monthly to bi-weekly to assist in addressing the rodent issue. The manager must provide the most recent pest control report and submit a corrective action plan for rodent control by 8/29/2025.
