General CommentsInspection conducted with operator Brian Bido, Intent to suspend the permit issued due to greater than 2” gap under fencing (pool built 2021), and missing/incomplete record keeping. EHS will return within 30 days to evaluate both items. If not in compliance at that time, permit will be suspended. Existing permit expires on 4/30/23. In order to obtain permit to continue operation beyond 5/1/23, items must be complete and in compliance. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 with any questions. Night swimming not permitted. Hours posted must indicate pool closes for swimming at dusk. Note: Kings III box contacts Kings III operator who has correct location information. Local Charlotte 911 dispatch, however, has physical address of pool at 5724 Dixie River Road, Charlotte, NC, which is approximately .2 miles away. Per state memo, no permit action taken at this time. EHS strongly recommends operator work with the vendor to have more accurate location provided to 911 dispatch. Should an emergency occur, emergency services could be delayed.
