A handwash sink is needed in the bathroom facilities in the cafeteria. There is only one handwash sink located in the main cafeteria area. Please place a handwash sink in the bathroom area.
-5-203.11 (A) At least 1 handwashing sink, a number of handwashing sinks necessary for their convenient use by employees in areas specified under 5-204.11, and not fewer than the number of handwashing sinks required by law shall be provided. ((Pf))
-5-204.11 A handwashing sink shall be located:
(A) To allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and warewashing areas;((Pf)) and
(B) In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms. ((Pf)) |

6-501.19 Closing Toilet Room Doors (C) Reminder to employees, the toilet room door shall be kept closed when the bathroom is not undergoing cleaning or maintenance work.
Except during cleaning and maintenance operations, toilet room doors as specified under § 6-202.14 shall be kept closed. |
