4-501.112: Observed dish machine not reaching minimum rinse temp on the first couple runs. Provide a minimum of 165F rinse water for sanitizing on stationary rack machines and 180F rinse water for all other machines. Pf CDI: Dish machine was ran 9 times and then it reached final correct rinse temp. EHS recommends having dish machine serviced. Continue monitoring dish machine with thermolabels and thermometer. |
