Observed glass washer reaching 152F after multiple cycles being ran. Observed dish machine in main kitchen not working. PIC stated there is an electrical issue with the machine that maintenance is working to fix. An electrician will be out this week to properly wire the electrical that the dish machine is connected to. CDI: All dishes will go through upstairs dish machine. REPEAT VIOLATION Ensure machines are working properly. |
