Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed dead brown bug in the bathtub upstairs bathroom. Observed dirty toilet downstairs. Need cleaning, and maintain cleaned.
Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). Observed no toilet tissues and paper towels in the restroom downstairs. And no paper towels in the bathroom upstairs. ENSURE PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIME. |
