4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf Observed no chlorine test strips for bar dish machines. EHS will return within 10 days to verify test strips obtained. CDI: EcoLab service repair showed up during inspection and provided strips. REPEAT VIOLATION.
4-302.13 (B) Provide an approved Max/Min thermometer for testing sanitizing temperatures in hot water warewashing machines. The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf Observed dish machine thermometer with dead battery. EHS will return within 10 days to verify battery replaced and thermometer operable. CDI: PIC provided new battery. REPEAT VIOLATION. |
