4-204.115 Warewashing Machines, Temperature Measuring Devices (Pf) Provide an irreversible registering temperature indicator to measure the utensil surfaces temperatures for hot water sanitizing dish machine. The irreversible registering thermometer provided did not work upon arrival (dead battery). PIC provided a new one out of the pack during inspection.
4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (Pf)- Provide appropriate test strips that accurately indicates sanitizer strength. PIC provided expired test strips that did not accurately indicate correct strength of premixed sanitizer at 3-comp. sink. PIC provided new bottle of test strips during inspection.
4-501.15 Warewashing Machines, Manufacturers' Operating Instructions (C) - A WAREWASHING machine and its auxiliary components shall be
operated in accordance with the machine's data plate and other manufacturer's instructions. Wash and rinse gauges on hot water sanitizing dish machine not working properly. PIC stated a work order has been called in. |
