Observed broken tiles under the utility sink and the fry station, the base board tile needs to be repainted and repaired throughout, damaged wall by the restrooms, reattach the cove base (separating from the wall) and a damaged booth in the eating area. Ceiling tile throughout damaged or falling apart. Complete repairs as needed. 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C) PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Clean all walls and floors throughout the kitchen facility, especially where the brooms are stored, where the chicken is prepped and battered, and chicken is fried. Clean eating area (abundance of spider webs and cigarette buds were observed in the window seal).
