One gate not operable, due to lightning incident. Gate is currently zip tied together, note operable. Recommended more durable security for keeping gate inoperable. Not able to open at time of inspection, so no cation needed at this time. Advised this is not permanent solution. Small crack at sun shelf coping. Monitor and repair if this worsens. Not 1/2” or violation at this time. Salt not approved as primary coronation and heater not approved. No night swimming.
