During time of inspection EHS asked food employee about their responsibility to report required symptoms, illnesses, and exposure. Employee wasn’t clear on all illness, symptoms, and exposure. EHS educated employee during time of inspection and left facility with an employee health policy in English and Spanish. ~General comment
