#17-Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and properly regulated. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). Observed water fountain in PT needs regulating. Water pressure too high. #42-All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above except during necessary periods of preparation and serving. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (a). Observed refrigerator in nourishment room at 66F. OJ temped at 65F Door was not shut completely. If it doesn't maintain TCS foods 45F or below adjust temperature, if that doesn't maintain temps then replace. CDI-OJ voluntarily discarded Sending prototype of back-up water plan to ED, return to me for approval. No pets yet. Keep rabies vaccinations on file
