Site visit for requested inspection. Pool remaining on E status due to direct chlorination and bleached out chlorine level. Record keeping must be correct and up to date upon return visit. Flow meter must be repaired upon return visit. Algae must be cleaned from pool walls and floor upon return visit. Call EHS Devon when items are corrected and ready for return visit.
