General Comments

I.T.S. Issued for leak at erosion feeder line and for flow meter not reading flow. Deadline is April 29th. Failure to correct items by the deadline will result in closure of the pool until items are corrected. Observed main drains to appear to be Waterway 640-479 covers, not Lawson MLD-FGD-0909 covers as described on the PDSC form on file. The flow rate for the Waterway 640-479 covers is 289 GPM on the floor and the flow for the Lawson MLD-FGD-0909 covers is 261 GPM on the floor. This must be corrected with the Health Department. C. Elmore will get CPO in touch with MCHD staff to advise on the correction. There does not appear to be a suction hazard at this time, but this will require correction.
