Inspection conducted with Jesse Wekheiser. Jesse is the new CPO for the pool. Will need to provided updated CPO information to the Health Department. Emergency phone signage written in Sharpie and is faded. Recommend replacing with permanent signage. Some offsets between travertine tiles on pool deck. Maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inches. Ensure windows that open from neighboring units onto the pool deck are not capable of opening > 4 inches. Riser rings around main drain covers expire on 6/21/26. Replace and submit updated PDSC before expiration to avoid permit action. Intent to suspend issued 5) 29)
