General Comments

Inspection conducted with Maurice Mable. Facility replaced damaged VGBA 2008 WAV12WR drain covers on 6-11-2024, but kept existing riser rings that were installed on 6-24- 2021. Prior to expiration on 6-24-2026, will need to replace riser rings and provide updated PDSC form to our office. Facility replaced pump housing for Hayward Tristar SP3220EE pump. New housing does not have the model number listed. Still has original motor. Ensure windows that open onto the pool deck are not capable of opening > 4”. Posted pool hours are 10AM - 9PM. This is after dark for part of the year. Will need to update hours to reflect that pool closes at dusk or ensure sufficient lighting and call to schedule a night swimming inspection to be permitted for night swimming. Immediate suspension issued 15) 22) Contact Will Harrison (704) 507-5824 for re-inspection once issues have been corrected.
