General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Amir Aalaam. Facility replaced damaged VGBA 2008 WAV12WR drain covers on 6-11-2024, but kept existing riser rings that were installed on 6-24-2021. Prior to expiration on 6-24-2026, will need to replace riser rings and provide updated PDSC form to our office. Facility replaced leaking pump housing for Hayward Tristar SP3220EE pump. New housing does not have the model number listed. Still has original motor. Emergency phone signage written in Sharpie. Recommend replacing with a permanent sign. Ensure windows that open onto the pool deck are not capable of opening > 4”. Posted pool hours are 10AM - 9PM. This is after dark for part of the year. Will need to update hours to reflect that pool closes at dusk or ensure sufficient lighting and call to schedule a night swimming inspection to be permitted for night swimming. Welds for crash bar on main gate broken. Repair. Permit issued No Night Swimming Paper permit will be posted on our website in 3-5 business days.
