General CommentsInspection conducted with hotel maintenance and with manager, James Childress. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to elevated pool pH and rope not secured to ring buoy. Pool closed signs posted during inspection. Pool must remain closed until items are corrected and verified by health department. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 once items are in compliance. After pool permit has been re-instated, a 30 day intent to suspend the permit may be issued due to manually adding granular chlorine in lieu of using in line chlorination, and for inaccurate record keeping.
