P: Observed mop sink drain (outside of back doors) not operating per PIC. PIC stated that mop water is poured into a formed ditch that leads to a white PVC pipe that leads to an undetermined place. Gaston County Environmental Health's OSWW division will need to make a visit and determine where the pipe leads and if it is an approved system. |
