Permit issued for no night swimming. An unannounced follow-up visit will be conducted by Environmental Health within 30 days of permit issuance.
Permit Restriction -
1) Pool is not approved to use heater. Heater is not approved by Code Enforcement at time of inspection. For use, must be approved by Code Enforcement.
2) Pool approved with no mirrors in restrooms. If mirrors installed, must be shatterproof.
Note: ASSE1024 check valve installed on hose bib for pool deck. Previously approved by the State.
