Water pressure and water flow limited due to air on the line where air is causing a delay in the pressure and temp. Temp ranging from 40 to 90F due to sputtering. Service and repair. Back up water heated on griddle and found at 80F-115F. Will document and record. Service and repair. Bladder problems with line off and on during inspection. |
