All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed 1 handle on dresser in room 2 in need of repair.
*NOTE: EHS approved a new room for residential care facility. Capacity is now for 2 residents.
