Observed strands in shower/tub in 410, 211. Observed caulking maybe needed in shower/tun in 420, 306, 204, 131, 116. Observed trash/debris underneath the beds, behind night stand in 306. Repairing/cleaning needed, and keep clean. Points remain the same at this time. |

15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to avoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed supplies boxes (pillow, tissue, linen, etc..) stored on the floor in storage room 3rd and 4th floor. Keep/store all supplies items off the floor at least 6 inches at all time. |
