15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed garbage under the mattress in room 412. Observed staining behind mattress near headboard, on wall/mattress frame. Observed toilet seats in room 412 and 424 that are loose, need to be tightened. Observed couches in rooms 412, 424, 308 and 211 with staining on cushions, some on top side and some on under side of cushion. |
