5-205.11 A handwashing sink shall be accessible and only used for handwashing. -Pf. Observed at sole hand washing sinks in the laundry room blocked with carts, and linens in it. CDI- Items removed to provide access. Ensure to provide access to all hand washing sinks at all time.
15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.- Observed no soap and paper towels in the dispenser at a sole hand sink. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. Points remain the same at this time. |

Keep/store all supplies off the floor at least 6 inches. |
