15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed hand sink in kitchen with no soap or paper towels/hand drying device. Ensure soap and paper towels are provided at all handwashing sinks. |

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stained ceiling tile in 1st floor hallway and multiple stained/missing ceiling tiles in service hall are outside laundry room. Observed slight dust accumulation on laundry room ceiling and pipes. Keep clean. Repair any leaks and replace ceiling tiles. Points remain the same due to no physical facility violations noted in guest rooms. |
