General Comments**Discussed mule mugs with PIC - copper lined mugs not permitted, needs to be stainless steel. When copper lining mixes with lime juice there is risk of possible copper ingestion. **Discussed complaint with PIC - need for proper cold holding and cooling, proper cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces and equipment, food storage, and pest control.
