4-501.12 Resurface or replace cutting surfaces that can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed all four cutting boards with deep groves/score marks, black build up and dark stains on both sides. PIC stated new cutting boards that were ordering were the incorrect size. PIC will order new cutting boards. |

Observed 3-comp-sink #1 with pink and black build up on wall and caulking. PIC will have work order placed for caulking. Increase frequency of detailed cleaning. |
