Use warm water, soap, scrub 10 to 15 seconds, rinse, and immediately follow the cleaning procedure with thorough hand drying method (ex. EHS asked how they know what Monday the slaws were made (this Monday, last Monday, or any other Monday). PIC stated that they were made on Monday. It was not clear which one. The slaw was brown in color. EHS asked if the slaw is supposed to look brown. Manager stated no, he will throw them away.
