Observed that main drain covers have been changed out. Mecklenburg County Health Department had not received the PDSC paperwork and approved it as of this time. The covers may not be approvable on the feature pump. The PDSC form has to be approved to ensure that the covers are approvable on the filtration and feature pump. C. Elmore will follow-up on or around 3/20/2023 to ensure that PDSC form is approved. Feature pump must remain off until it is approved. Feature pump was turned off during inspection.
