5-205.11 Maintain access to handsinks. Handsinks may only be used for handwashing.-Pf Observed brown staining in front hand sink. PIC stated facility has no dump sink. Per discussion with plan review EHS(Lauren Coles), hand sink near drive-thru window now designated as dump sink. Facility has two other hand sinks. Facility is to remove paper towels, soap, and hand wash signs from wall. CDI: Education provided and dump sink provided. |
