General Comments

PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: 1). Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 152 GPM to 196 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filters. Flow greater than 289 GPM is a suction hazard. 2). Plexiglas must remain in place on all stone columns to eliminate footholds. NOTE: -This pool ID# 501512 permit denied today due to following noted items on the inspection sheet. - All items shall be repaired/replaced, and ensure it is in good working condition. - Please Contact the department office at 980-314-1620 to request and pay for the return visit prior to re-inspection. The return visit fee is $100. - If you have any questions call EHS: 704-617-9777 or email to obtain the operational permit. - The pool shall remain closed until permit is issued. - NIGHT SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED. - CPO: Delmar Evans present during permit inspection.
