Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed hand dryer is not working in (boy restroom 2nd floor 3/5 & 6/7 wing) Broken soap dispenser in boy restroom 6/7 wing. All disrepair items need to be fixed and keep in good repair. Observed hand sinks throughout the school building need details cleaning and keep clean.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available in a dispenser at hand washing sink in boy restroom B wing, girl and boy restroom 3/5 wing, and girl restroom 8 hall way restroom. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |
