Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed hand sink faucet is not working in (girls restroom at band and kindergarten hallway, girl restroom in 6th grade hallway, restroom near the stair between kindergarten and 1st grade hallway, girl restroom near gym locker room.) Observed hand dryer is not working in (boy restroom near the gym locker room, boy restroom in 3/4/5 grade hallway) All disrepair hand washing fixtures at the sinks need repair and keep in good repair for proper hand washing. Observed hand sinks throughout the building need details cleaning and keep clean. Observed one of the stall, the door in boy restroom near gym locker room is broken and need repair.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available at the hand washing sink in restroom near the stair between kindergarten and 1st grade hallway. Observed hand dryer is not working in (boy restroom near the gym locker room, boy restroom in 3/4/5 grade hallway). Provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |
