Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes labeled “Keep out of reach of children” stored accessible to children in A3, A12, A21, and D21. Observed disinfectant spray stored accessible to children in C12. Observed custodial trash can with pockets containing glass cleaner left in hallway. Toxic materials need to be stored to avoid health hazards. REPEAT. |
