General Comments

Inspection conducted with Henry Ramirez. Observed pool plaster has been patched and repainted. New Lawson MLD-FGD-1212 main drain and Aquastar A10RCFR equalizer line covers installed. Aquastar covers with dark blue dot. PDSC form approved. Permit items have been corrected. Pool has been closed for repairs. Records not yet being kept. Will be using state pool log sheet. .2535(11) Provide record keeping including daily records of disinfectant residual, pH, drain cover/grate inspections, and pool water maintenance, and temperature. Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity. Permit issued. Paper permit will be available on our website, Meckpools.Charmeck.org in 3-5 business days.
