General CommentsEHS provided establishment with educational notebook, timer, and thermometer. EHS reviewed Sandwich Station Sani Solution Memorandum from NC DHHS. New Grab N Go Cooling unit added to floor plan. EHS requested new floor plan and spec sheets of unit. New veggie prep cooler and meat & cheese prep cooler were replaced. There was only one employee working at the time of inspection.
