Inspection conducted with Alex. All out of compliance items were corrected during the inspection. Observed motor for main filtration changed. Confirmed by CPO. This will require an electrical inspection within 30 days. Failure to have an inspection could result in permit suspension. A project number is already created. Awaiting inspection. NO MAIN DRAINS/EQUALIZERS. POOL APPROVED FOR SALT AS PRIMARY CHLORINATION.NOTES: - 1) STOPPERS AT DOORS MUST REMAIN IN PLACE TO ENSURE DOORS DO NOT STAY PROPPED OPEN. 2) DOOR TO RESTROOM MUST REMAIN OPEN FOR ACCESS.3) PERIMETER LIGHTING MUST REMAIN WITH ANGLES TO ELIMINATE FOOTHOLDS.4) APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF CHICKEN WIRE TO ENSURE MEETS CODE RESTRICTIONS.
