All residential care facilities shall be provided with approved sanitary toilet, handwashing and bathing facilities complying with state licensure requirements. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed no paper towels to dry hands at a hand sink in the bathroom inside the bedroom upstairs. Observed no toilet tissues in the restroom downstairs. Provides all necessary supplies at hand sink and in the restroom. |
