3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed in WIC several bags of chicken wings with discard date from three days ago. Also pepper jack cheese and turkey chub with discard date from two days ago. CDI - PIC discard all items that were out of date.
