-EHS observed the gasket on the freezer nearest to the fryers with damage due to the screws being loose on a metal attachment on the unit. Repair gasket to ensure a proper seal is achieved. Tighten screws on metal attachment to prevent further attachment. |

-EHS observed sticker residue on the exterior of numerous dishes on the clean rack. PIC placed dishes in the washing solution to be washed. Ensure all sticker residue is removed from dishes every time. |
