General Comments

Inspection completed with Adrian Leal and Angela Shell present. Permit suspension issued for high pH (above 8.4) and water temperature above 90.0F. Once these items are corrected contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and reopen pool. Note- maintenance staff indicated the automatic liquid chlorination system is intermittently turned on and off throughout the day because it is not working properly. EHS informed staff that the chlorinator must remain on AT ALL TIMES. The tablet chlorinator that is on site may be used in lieu of the liquid system if preferred by the establishment.
