4-101.19 Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, non absorbent, and smooth material. Observed rusted screws inside small refrigerators in a few rooms and rust was creating build up in 504 refrigerator. Needs cleaning. REPEAT. |
