*Soda nozzles had suspected microbial growth when swabbed with an alcohol wipe. Ensure soda machine nozzles are cleaned more frequently. |

*Shelves in dry storage area and near 3 comp sink is rusting and needs to be replaced/repaired. Sink legs on prep sink and 3 comp sink are rusting and need to be repaired so that they are smooth and easily cleanable. Scraper used to clean grill is rusting and needs to be replaced. |
