General CommentsInspection conducted with lifeguard Sheridan Stewart. 30 day intent to suspend the permit issued for inoperable flow meter. Once flow meter is operational call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 to schedule a re-visit or a visit will be made at 30 days. Night swimming is not approved. Emergency phone not operational. Bar phone placed in use for emergencies as a temporary measure, however, this phone call back number is main club menu - does not call back to pool deck or give option for pool - only main office which is on site but not adjacent to pool area. EHS will return in 7 days to verify repair of emergency phone and/or that in use phone meets all requirements. If phone is not in compliance at that time, permit will be suspended. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 with questions.
